Disclaimer

Effective date: June 7, 2026

This Disclaimer applies to Troja, operated by FounderGem LLC, and to all scan results, reports, scores, and guidance produced by the Service. By using Troja you acknowledge and accept it. Questions: [email protected].

1. Best-effort scanning, not a guarantee

Troja is a best-effort automated scanner. It checks for a wide range of known security weaknesses, SEO issues, and AI-visibility gaps, but it does not and cannot detect every vulnerability or problem a website may have. The security landscape changes constantly, and new threats emerge faster than any scanner can cover.

2. Zero findings does not mean secure

Finding zero issues does not mean your website is secure, compliant, or invulnerable. A clean scan means only that the specific checks we ran did not surface a problem at that moment. It is not a certification, an audit, or a warranty of security. Your site may still contain:

  • vulnerabilities our checks do not cover;
  • issues in code paths, dependencies, or infrastructure we cannot reach;
  • logic flaws and business-logic vulnerabilities that automated tools cannot detect; and
  • problems introduced after the scan completed.

3. No professional advice

Scan results are informational only and are not legal, security, compliance, or professional advice. For high-assurance needs, engage a qualified security professional and consider a manual penetration test in addition to automated scanning.

4. Point-in-time results

Every scan reflects the state of a target at the time it ran. Websites change; a result that was accurate yesterday may be outdated today. Re-scan regularly and treat findings as a snapshot, not a permanent status.

5. False positives and false negatives

Automated scanning can produce false positives (flagging issues that are not real) and false negatives (missing issues that are real). You are responsible for validating findings before acting on them and for confirming that reported issues have been correctly remediated.

6. Your responsibility

You remain solely responsible for the security, configuration, content, and lawful operation of your websites. Troja is one tool among many and is not a substitute for sound engineering practices, defense in depth, monitoring, and professional review.

7. Third-party content

Reports may reference third-party standards, databases, or resources. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party content.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FounderGem LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on scan results, including undetected vulnerabilities, breaches, downtime, or lost revenue. This Disclaimer is in addition to the limitations in our Terms of Service.

9. Changes

We may update this Disclaimer as the Service evolves. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
